L200 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the l200 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
Welcome to l200. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the l200 platform ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l200 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with all terms set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. l200 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia and anywhere accessing the l200 platform online. Any disputes will be resolved based on the laws applicable in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of l200 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid phone number, and relevant payment details.
The account registration requirements are as follows:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age prescribed by law in your state.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. l200 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect login information.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately through the official support channel.
- L200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time for account verification purposes.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Inaccurate or false information may result in account termination without compensation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the l200 platform, you agree to comply with all established rules and refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities. Here are the responsibilities and regulations you must follow:
- Permitted Use: You may only use the l200 platform for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with the local laws applicable to you.
- Fraud Prohibition: Any attempts to cheat, manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use automated software (bots) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
- Anti-Money Laundering Policy: The l200 platform must not be used for any money laundering or financing of illegal activities. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- One Account Per User: You may not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
- Personal Use Only: l200 accounts are for personal use only. Commercial or third-party use without written permission is prohibited.
L200 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the l200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet details registered are accurate and belong to them.
The following payment terms apply:
- Deposit: All deposits must be made via payment methods approved by l200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on your account level and may change accordingly.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. l200 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Bonus Turnover Requirements: Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to the applicable turnover requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling those requirements.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and account tier. VIP members enjoy faster processing.
- Charges and Fees: l200 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are beyond our control.
L200 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity or breaching these terms. In such cases, we will notify the user via their registered contact channel.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The l200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. l200 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available without interruptions, error-free, or completely secure from cyber threats. However, we are committed to taking all reasonable measures to ensure platform security and usability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of l200 and is protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The l200 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and l200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such links at your own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Term Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
L200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any terms stated in this document
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised access
- Multiple account registrations or providing false information
- Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement bodies
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, l200 reserves the right to withhold any balance suspected to be associated with unlawful activity. Legitimate balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded, subject to legal requirements.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws
L200 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
